Graham was a lovely, caring and thoughtful person, who sadly lost his battle with cancer in August this year and was finally out of pain. For the last few months of his life he was in the amazing hands of st lukes, never alone and got the care and support that he needed. He was an amazing husband, a caring dad and a loving grandad. He would always put everyone else before himself and cared for everyone. The ones we love never go away, they simply walk beside us everyday.
