Thanks to the help given by St Lukes my mother passed away under the care of many specialist teams all initiated by one call to St Lukes, for her last few weeks she was never alone and we experienced wonderful support from Doctors, district nurses and care workers that not only allowed her to die without pain but with dignity in her own home surrounded by the people who loved her, I cannot praise highly enough the people who helped in our hours of need and any money given will allow others to cared in the same manner when the time comes.
