  • £13 could buy a portable blood oxygen monitor to enable our nurses to assess a patient in the comfort of their own home and deliver tailored specialist palliative care.
  • £21.60 could pay for a stethoscope for a Community Nurse’s kit bag, ensuring that personalised, tailored, specialist palliative care is provided in the comfort of the patient’s home.
  • £54.60 could create and deliver 10 tailored, nutritional food packages that can be provided to patients in their own homes who are no longer able to safely cook for themselves.
  • £148.35 could cover the full costs for a terminally ill patient to receive six hours of tailored palliative care by specialist health professionals on our In Patient Centre.
  • £193.23 could pay for a community nurse to visit a patient receiving tailored end of life care in their own home.
