My mum, Jackie sadly passed away suddenly on the 15th May.
She wasn't a St.Lukes patient however her mother Joan Seaward was. Joan sadly passed away in 2008 at St.Lukes hospice.
Since then St.Lukes has always held a place dear to our families hearts. The care and support they gave Joan and our family was impeccable.
Instead of floral tribute's at Jackie's Funeral we asked for donations towards the charity both Jackie and us as a family care so deeply about.
