Jo Morgan
1963 - 2019 | Sheffield
The wonderful staff at St Luke’s made Jo’s final days so comfortable and peaceful. The love, care and attention she received was extraordinary from everyone whether medical or not. Likewise the girls and I were treated with equal care and understanding. Supporting St Luke’s efforts to continue to offer such important and timely support for those in need is the least we as a family can do to say “thank you” for all that they did for Jo.

Jo was and will continue to be an inspiration to me and indeed to all who knew her. She leaves behind an immeasurable legacy on very many levels and will have taught us all that it is possible to smile and to care, even when facing extreme adversity. We were blessed to have known her and will forever be extremely sad that such a special person was taken from us at far too young and age.

Jo looked after me when I was younger, and I have nothing but happy memories. I’ve always loved following the Morgan family adventures and Jo’s hilarious commuter stories on Facebook. Margaret, Felix, Evie and I were so sad to hear that Jo's couldn't fight off the illness that took you too early and so quickly. Jo was my former line manager at the University of Nottingham for 2 years and was extremely understanding and supportive of me when I struggled with a period of depression 2 years ago and had to take time off work. I can't thank her enough for her help and empathy during that time. Eternally bright and bubbly, Jo would always do everything she could to help her colleagues.
