Dad passed away on 21/10/21.
A very short illness which St Lukes offered the care and support needed and made him as comfortable and stress free as possible.
We all say how good St Lukes are, but until they become part of your families care, you don’t realise how invaluable they are.
This is just to show a little support and a big Thankyou for the care and support they showed our family.
