Roger Atkin
1938 - 2017 | Sheffield
Roger Atkin was a much loved uncle, great-uncle, brother in law, brother and friend. Involved in many different organisations and often in a post of treasurer or chair, he threw himself whole heartedly in to everything. Roger had many friends and interests. He enjoyed singing and was in several choirs, including Dore Male Voice Choir and Sheffield Oratorio Chorus. He was a dedicated and involved member of Norton Church and also sang in their choir. Roger passed away at St Luke's after a short but brave fight with cancer. The care there was fantastic and helped make his final days more comfortable and peaceful.
