My mum Marjorie Gray worked with Roger in Sheffield many years ago. Roger always had a joke and a laugh with mum. Best wishes to Linda and her daughter. You'll always be welcome over at Cleveleys near Blackpool. Marjorie and Amanda Gray.

Roger an uncle and mate, such a funny empathetic and caring man. We went on many trips when I was younger and remember the laughs we had and the massive fireworks he turned up with on bonfire nights. When we visited Newquay he picked us up from Falmouth harbour in his fishing boat and took us for tour of the area, the girls thought it was amazing. Linda and Roger used to go away a lot with my mum and dad and we looked forward to see what escapades they got up to on the video camera with Roger normally messing around. Will be greatly missed love to Linda and family, from Ian Sharon Charlotte and Emily xxxx

Dear Roger. Such a good friend over the years. A great sense of humour and although we haven't seen one another we always managed to make one another laugh during our phone calls. A dear man who will always be remembered with affection. Love to Linda and Family xxx
