Terry Dawson

The tribute is set up for Terry, who battled with Cancer for 15 months. He was cared for by Community Nurses from St Luke's and Weston Park Hospital. He was so very brave and strong throughout and he is missed so so much by his wife, son and family and friends. He was such a wonderful caring, loving and kind person and was brilliant to be around.

We are fund raising once again on Saturday 5th October 2019, it's Night Strider an event organised for St Luke's. Helen, her Sisters, Nieces & friends are all walking the 10K route. We are setting off at 7pm in the Peace Gardens, Sheffield City Centre. If you can donate anything at all, please do so for such a worthy cause. We will post lots of photos after the event. What are great night we had and such fun!!! Thank you for all your donations, it is such much appreciated and goes to a great cause. St Luke's staff are such special people and helped my amazing brother-in-law in his darkest of hours and my sister and nephew who were with him all the way to the very end of his life. Our shared memories of Terry are so special and he will always be in our hearts!

Terry gave so much of time to my son when he was younger. We met him through football but he loved spending time with Helen Terry and Lewis. Terry was also a huge support to get them through DOE. A wonderful man and we can’t believe he’s gone.
