Keith Smith was a much loved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Friend and much more. Sadly Keith died on Sunday 3rd May after a long illness. He will be greatly missed by many. Unfortunately, due to current circumstances, Keith's funeral can only be attended by close family. St Luke's provided lots of care for Keith over the last few months of his life and his family are greatly appreciative of this. Therefore Keith's family would like to ask any of his friends who wish to contribute to Keith's tribute fund, to donate to St Luke's via this page.
