Sadly on 21st December 2019 our mum Maggie aged 66 passed away only 10 days after receiving a diagnosis of lung cancer which had unfortunately spread considerably. Her only wish at this time was to be cared for at home surrounded by her family. St Luke's community team were totally amazing and took great care of both mum and us at this sad time and cant thank them enough.
